Supported Web Browser Types and Versions

Because the User Portal as well as the Administrator Console are available through the World Wide Web, many of the constraints regarding which computer and software you use to access this material have been removed.  If you require information on the supported operating systems for the JumpCloud Agent, please refer to this article.
 
JumpCloud supports the latest versions of each of these browsers. Upon the release of a new version, we will begin supporting the newly released version and stop supporting the oldest previously supported version.  We recommend using the latest production-level versions of these browsers. In particular we strongly suggest using Chrome or Firefox.  We do not recommend using development, test, or beta versions of these web browsers. Versions that are not publicly released may not work properly with the JumpCloud application.
 
You can access JumpCloud through any computer using any of the following supported browsers:
  • Google Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari

NOTE: Regardless of your browser type, you must have cookies and JavaScript enabled to use JumpCloud. Please refer to vendor documentation for information on ensuring these are enabled.
