Early and frequent communication with your end users is critical for IT Admins. But, it can also be a lot of work.
With that in mind, we’ve provided a toolkit of emails and knowledge base articles you can use to communicate with your end users about your organization’s Mac App implementation, how to use it, and other resources you may need to make going live with the app easy.
This toolkit is a work-in-progress. Let us know what works for you, and what we could simplify for you to educate your users, and ensure their success (you can give feedback at the bottom of this article).

Email Body (Plain Text)
Hello Mac Users -
Today, you’ll see a new JumpCloud app in your menu bar.
You can use this app to reset your password when it’s about to expire. You’ll still be able to reset your password from the JumpCloud User Portal, but the app will save you some steps.
Step-by-step guide for resetting your password from the app: http://jumpcloud.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/2947777-resetting-your-jumpcloud-password-for-mac-users#Reset%20from%20your%20Mac
Hint: Use this method when you’re on your computer. It’s the most secure way, and it’s fewer steps for you.

Hint: Use this method if your password is about to expire, and you don’t have access to your computer.
And, for those of you who aren’t familiar with JumpCloud, we use them as an identity management provider to keep our system passwords secure. We also use them to provide secure access to <INSERT OTHER RESOURCES HERE OR DELETE IF N/A>. So... they help you have fewer passwords to get your work done, and they help us keep the bad guys away from our data and systems.
