AD Sync offers one-way synchronization of user account passwords from JumpCloud to AD. To achieve this synchronization, you have to use the AD Import and the AD Sync agents in tandem. When the AD Sync agent is installed with the AD Import agent, groups of users in AD’s JumpCloud security group can update their passwords in either AD or JumpCloud and their passwords will remain in sync.
