Since JumpCloud manages our Office 365 accounts, if a user forgets their password they can't get to their inbox to click the JumpCloud verification link after requesting a password reset. That means they have to contact an admin to reset it for them. We would like JumpCloud to offer alternate secure methods of user verification for self-service password reset.
For example, Office 365 (through Azure AD) allows users to store and verify a mobile phone and a personal email on their account which can be used to reset a forgotten password. Can JC do something similar?
Please do not use personal questions, which are not a secure method of verification.
