I created three users from JumpCloud and sent registration emails.
All three emails ended up in their Junk folders. Perhaps that is something
to look into - i.e., why the emails go to Junk.
Thank you for contacting JumpCloud Support and apologies for the issues you are experiencing. Unfortunately the spam filtering is largely outside of our control; it tends to be specific to users/organizations in terms of their current email habits with marking spam and the logic of your mail provider. If at all possible, if this is a continued issue you should contact your mail provider to understand what global domain whitelisting options are available, and rather specifically all emails for user workflows should originate from ‘email@example.com’. I apologize for any inconvenience although do certainly appreciate the report here!
