registration emails go to Junk folder

Ljubomir Buturovic May 02, 2018 09:42AM MDT

I created three users from JumpCloud and sent registration emails.
All three emails ended up in their Junk folders. Perhaps that is something
to look into - i.e., why the emails go to Junk.

Hi Ljubomir,

Thank you for contacting JumpCloud Support and apologies for the issues you are experiencing. Unfortunately the spam filtering is largely outside of our control; it tends to be specific to users/organizations in terms of their current email habits with marking spam and the logic of your mail provider. If at all possible, if this is a continued issue you should contact your mail provider to understand what global domain whitelisting options are available, and rather specifically all emails for user workflows should originate from ‘notifications@jumpcloud.com’. I apologize for any inconvenience although do certainly appreciate the report here!

Regards,
